in other news, the first dinner meeting for our cleveland convivium was a success. i wish that i'd had a little more time to prepare for it- but i still think that it was a hit. right now i am working on our next meeting- a brew your own beer party. could it be anymore exciting than that?

i am also currently working on a line of baked goods and sandwiches. hopefully, with a few commercial accounts, i can guarantee that i have absolutely no free time at all whatsoever.

jam business is rolling right along. we have a lot of new product made, and the response from everyone has been great so far.
