Mady and I were honing our "haggling" skills and somehow ended up with 64 pints of berries. 64. 64 pints. Pardon the expression, but that's a lot of fucking strawberries. My fridge is full, my freezer is stuffed and my hands are stained red. I have two large mixing bowls with cut berries waiting to made into two jams: a strawberry and oatmeal stout spread and a three citrus-strawberry marmalade.
